VLOG: FAMILY TIME + HIIT HOME WORKOUT+ HOMEMADE VEGGIE SPRING ROLL (VIDEO)

But new addition with a recipe post as well.... bonus!!



Homemade Veggie Spring Roll

Ingredients: 
Sauce:
- Bean paste
- Chilli paste
- Sugar
- Corn starch + water mix
Veggie Mix ( for 1 servings)
- 1 cup of carrots.
- 1 cup of radish.
- 1 cup of cabbage.
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cups of leek.
- 1 pieces of red chili.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spring roll paper.

Direction:
1. Grate the carrot and radish.
2. Cut the cabbage, garlic, leek and chili into small pieces.
3. Start heating vegetable oil in the pan.
4. Fry carrot, radish and cabbage until firm.
5. Add in garlic, leek and red chilli.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Mix all the ingredient for the sauce in the pan and cook until well combined.
8. Spread the sauce on the spring roll paper and lay the veggie mix on top.
9. Roll them and enjoy!!
