ALOE VERA PAMPER WEEKEND


Aloe Vera always be well known as friend in our life as food to skincare. Aloe Vera is aware of its healing virtues to treat skin ailments, burns and many others. It helps for wound healing and pain relieving such as sunburn and burns from hot utensils. It's even safe to use on children.
Aloe has a slippery gel texture which gives soothing effects to the skin. It contain chrysophanic acid which is highly effective in healing process. It usually found in many skincare to hair products. I also have aloe vera planted in my backyard that grew well and strong so I think it's time to put it on good uses.


Aloe Face Mask
Aloe is great on all skin type from sensitive, dry, oily to acne prone skin. It helps hydrate and moisturize the skin.
Ingredients: AloeVera & Honey
(I add Honey for extra hydrate and helps treat acne)

It feels so nice on the skin (Even better after it comes out from the fridge). Don't forget to massage the face while applying to keep the blood flowing. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes and in the meantime we can kill some time as we give some care to the hair.


Aloe Hair Mask
Aloe also works really wonder for the hair, it helps to repair damage hair and helps condition the hair. It also helps prevent breakage, hairloss, dandruff and itchy scalp. Basically a miracle treatment to the hair.
Ingredients: Aloe Vera ( obviously! :P )

Just apply aloe vera gel throughout the entire head from root to the end of the hair. Also take some time to massage the scalp to keep the blood flowing for healthy and shiny hair. Then I put it in a bun to leave as long as possible while I do my hygiene routine.

Aloe Vera contains many vitamins such as Vitamin A,C,E, folic acid and B12. A lot of mineral are found as well for instant calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, sodium, potassium, copper, chromium, manganese, etc.

This gelatinous helps proper eliminate the waste from the body and also helps detoxification the body.

>Great for Sunburn, Cuts, and Insect Bites.
It's great for applying to burns, abrasion, and even bug bites. It helps relieve pain of wound and feels especially better after out from fridge to sooth the trouble skin area.

>Helps Reduce Wrinkles
Aloe is an immune enhancer as it is high level of anti-oxidants that combat free radicals contributing to aging. It also high in water content so it's great to hydrate , moisture and rejuvenate the skin that will increase elasticity of the skin.

Aloe Vera also really refreshing to make as a juice. I may wanna make some tomorrow.
